Please arrive on time so we can make the most of your session. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be shortened or rescheduled.

Arrival Time

Clients must arrive with clean, fully dry hair. This ensures proper wig fitting, hygiene, and accurate customization.

Clean, Completely Dry Hair

A BRAND NEW full wig cap MUST be worn during the appointment. If you don't have one, one will be provided for you for an additional cost. Also, EVERY client is required to receive a hair/scalp check before try-ons begin to ensure everyone's health and safety.

Wig Cap Requirement

Payment is due at the time of the appointment. Accepted forms of payment include: cash, card, or Zelle.

To maintain a calm, focused, and safe environment, children are not permitted during appointments unless they are receiving a service.

You may bring one support person if desired. Please let me know ahead of time so I can prepare the space accordingly.

Cancellations / No-Shows

Because appointments are one-on-one, cancellations made within 24 hours and/or no-shows will be subject to a fee.

Fragrance & Smoke Policy

Please DO NOT wear perfume, cologne, scented lotion, or body spray to your appointment. Additionally, smoking is not permitted, as odors from smoke, vape, or other fragrances can easily transfer to the wigs and linger in the studio. We kindly ask that you arrive scent-free to help us maintain a fresh and welcoming atmosphere for everyone.

Failure to follow this policy WILL result in the need to reschedule your appointment.
